Ingredients:
10 large eggs
2 cups of spinach (thaw if frozen)
1 package of bacon (can substitute turkey bacon)
1 tablespoon of dried chopped onion
2 cups french fries
6 slices of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Line the slabs of bacon perpendicular to the width of the dish.
